Potato 3 medium size
Onion 1 medium size
Tomato 1 medium size
Ginger paste 1 table spoon
Green chillies 4
Salt & sugar according to taste
Oil
Red chillies 2
Garam Masala 1teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder ½ teaspoon
Ground cumin 1 teaspoon
Kasoori Menthi (Fenugreek Seeds) ground 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves for garnish

How To Make:
Fry Paneer cube in 2 tbs of oil for 3-4 mins in medium heat. Keep them aside in large bowl of warm water, so that paneer doesn’t get dry after frying. Fry potato cube and set aside.

In the mean time make a paste of onion, ginger, tomato, chillies in a food processor with little bit of water. Heat 4 tablespoon of oil and fry red chillies, garam masala & cumin. As soon as they start splutter add onion paste that you made ahead. Fry in low heat for 10 mins.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and fry for another 5 mins. When oil starts to separate from the masala add fried potatoes and little bit of water. Fry the mix for another 5-10 mins and add 2 cups of water and let it boil.

When the gravy start boiling add paneer cube and ground kasoori menthi. Serve hot with rotis or rice and garnish with coriander leaves.
