What's in your plate ?


Are you looking for light little snack, that you can prepare in a whip?
I am a great snack person, but not believer in spending too much time in kitchen for that. Well, because I am hungry.
This is one of my favorite healthy, tasty cracker recipe. I used fire roasted tomato & olive oil triscuit, evenly spreaded with Laughing Cow Cheese (Original Swiss flavor), small amount of tamarind chutney, tomato slice & cilantro.
How easy is that? Well, go on… bite on that.
